Welcome to Treasures from Africa (Pty) Ltd. By registering on our confidential commodity register, you agree to the terms below.

1. Membership & Fees

Membership of the Treasures from Africa confidential register is R250 per commodity per month. Each commodity (Gold, Chrome, Copper, Coal, Diamonds, Antimony, Silver, Crude Oil, Fuel, Sulphur) is registered separately, and a fee applies per commodity.

2. Payment via Debit Order

Membership fees are collected monthly by debit order until cancelled. Debit orders are set up through the member's bank. There are no increases to the fee.

3. Rate Lock

Members who register before 31 December 2026 will have their rate locked at R250 per commodity per month for as long as their membership remains active, with no increases. This applies to each commodity they register for.

4. Cancellation

Members may cancel their debit order at any time. On cancellation, access to the confidential register will be removed.

5. Confidentiality & Verification

All members are vetted and the register is kept confidential. Details are shared only between verified buyers, sellers, mines and investors for the purpose of legitimate trade.

Once-Off Introduction Fee

Direct buyers, sellers, mines and investors pay a once-off introduction fee on each successful introduction. Each party selects their introductory fee percentage (0.5%, 0.75% or 1%) at registration, which applies to and binds them for every successful introduction.

Agent Commission — 3% Structure

For successful deals introduced through the agent channel, a fixed total commission of 3% of the transaction value applies. Treasures from Africa (Pty) Ltd. retains 1%. The remaining 2% is payable to the registered agent who first introduced the deal, and is settled only after the related fees have been received by Treasures from Africa (Pty) Ltd. Payment to agents is made in accordance with a signed IMFPA (International Master Fee Protection Agreement) and Treasures from Africa (Pty) Ltd.'s payment policy. No agent commission is payable on deals that are not successfully concluded and fully funded.
